Welcome! These digital interactive workshops and activities feature real-world scenarios in a self-paced format, designed to help middle school students develop conceptual understanding of key math topics.

Items labeled Workshop all feature the following:

• A pre-assessment
• A short, animated video teaching the concept
• Three interactive practice activities
• A post-assessment so students have a window into their progress

1. Choose the workshops or activities you’d like to assign, noting the section (such as Geometry/blue section).
2. Direct your students to scholastic.com/mathworkshop. Have students generate an individual username, and instruct them to write it down so they can return to where they left off.
3. Tell students that when they reach the Results page at the end of a workshop, they should click the Save Results button to generate a PDF that will compare their answers from the pre- and post-assessments. You may review these PDFs.
